My name is Donny King and I understand that for most people, making the right health and fitness choices can be overwhelming and often difficult to follow. That’s why I’ve dedicated my expertise to developing programs that are practical and effective for today’s busy lifestyles. Our stage-matched approach to obesity and diseases related to improper eating habits and inactivity is helping individuals, businesses and professional organizations reach their health and wellness objectives. For people who want to get fit and learn how to improve the way they eat, deciding which expert to listen to, and which fitness and nutrition plans to follow can be overwhelming. But the truth is diets don’t work and there is no quick fix formula to good health.
You’re probably thinking “How can he say that?” “What makes him different from any other expert? Rather than tell you about my credentials let me tell you a little about myself. I was an avid athlete as teenager. By the age of 15, I was diagnosed with a severe eating disorder not uncommon among young athletes. With my health at risk, I finally was “ready” to start taking steps to improve my health-behaviors. With professional help I learned to lose weight and exercise safely. I also learned how to slowly change my unhealthy behaviors and created healthy habits that I still follow today.
